HOW TO QUIT PORN
Statistically, there is not much difference between the Church and the rest of the world when it comes to pornography.

Instead of just telling you to "quit" we want to provide you with resources to help you along your journey.

10 Steps Towards Freedom from Pornography
1. Acknowledge the Struggle Without Shame
“So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.” – Romans 8:1 (NLT)
You can’t heal what you hide. Acknowledge the struggle honestly—not with shame, but with a desire for healing.
2. Confess and Repent
“But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.” – 1 John 1:9 (NLT)

Repentance means turning from sin and turning toward God. It's not about punishment—it's about restoration.

3. Invite Jesus into the Process
“For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” – 2 Corinthians 3:17 (NLT)

Freedom doesn’t come by trying harder—it comes by surrendering deeper. Ask the Holy Spirit for strength and healing.

4. Get Honest with Someone Safe
“Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.” – James 5:16 (NLT)
Freedom accelerates in community. Talk to a trusted mentor, pastor, counselor, or accountability partner.

5. Understand the “Why” Behind the Habit
“Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.” – Proverbs 4:23 (NLT)
Porn is usually a symptom, not the root. Explore the emotional pain, loneliness, stress, or trauma underneath.
6. Develop a Plan to Starve the Habit
