"Jesus Wept"

Scripture: John 11:35 & Psalm 56:8

Each tear entered into your ledger. Each ache written in your book. God honors our tears; This speaks to me and tells me that our struggles and emotional pain are recognized and valued by God.

Our suffering does not go unnoticed; tears symbolize our emotions, sadness, and joy. Sharing our tears with others can strengthen connections and provide comfort, reminding us we are not alone! I feel it is important to be sad and cry, we can't be happy all the time.

Even Jesus expressed his feelings when he saw Lazarus dead; he wept, even though in just a short time he would raise Lazarus from the dead. He still expressed his deep sadness through tears.

Prayer

Thank you, God, for catching my tears, for always being there, even in my suffering. You are my strength, and I praise you always. Amen.
